Common Rail Electric Water Pump

Remove upper idler pulley. Use the old bolt and add one washer to the bolt to install the new idler pulley.


 

Using the bolts supplied mount lower idler pulley bracket to the existing holes in the front timing gear housing. Extra washers are supplies for shims. We have found every truck to be slightly different. You will need to have someone start the truck while you watch the belt alignment.
Use the washers to shim the pulley as required.
